We do not offer refunds or returns on products that have been used. Only unused/unworn products may be returned. 

Return process for unused products: Customer is responsible for shipping costs & returning the unused product within 14 days of receipt. Our quality control team will inspect the product when we receive it. Any indication of use/testing will make the product ineligible for a refund. Once reviewed, a refund for product cost will be awarded within one week of receiving the returned item(s).
