A: Our orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once your package ships we will provide a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your shipment's progress. Be aware, when we give a package to USPS, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience.
Q: My tracking info doesn't work, what's wrong?
A: Usually USPS takes a day or two to update their tracking. If after 24-48 hours, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Q: I didn't like how "x" product worked. Can I return it?
A: Only unused products may be returned. Customers are responsible for returning the unused product within 10 days of receipt. Refund for product cost, will be awarded within one week of receiving the returned item(s).
