So far I’ve only used it once. The smell is mild and unique, but not unpleasant. I had to use slightly more than recommended even though I don’t have a ton of hair. Initially my hair felt ‘very clean’ as if it had been stripped of oils, but was soft and healthy feeling once it dried. Not stripped at all. No real complaints. I am pleased and will continue to use it.
I really wanted to like this shampoo but I don’t really like the smell and feel like I need to use more than the recommended amount for my hair, even though it is pixie cut. Loved the packaging and the bottles, but I’m just not a fan of the smell unfortunately
Got this shampoo for my boyfriend who was previously using Head & Shoulders and was experiencing hair loss and itchy scalp. He says it's the best shampoo he's ever tried, and seems to be helping. He says "It feels gentle, smells natural feels like it makes the hair fuller and healthier"
I absolutely love the smell and the way my hair feels. Look no further. Doesn't foam or lather up like most shampoo, but it's designed that way from my understanding. It's worth a buy! Glad I went this route.
Lately I've been trying to go towards a more natural route when buying my products, hence coming to Shear Revival. I decided to try out the shampoo and conditioner. Similar to what other reviews will say, this shampoo doesn't lather/foam up as much as you'd expect. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. With skincare products, they say that the more a product foams/lathers the more it is stripping away. So do not expect this shampoo to lather up like crazy - it may cause you to think that you need A LOT of shampoo to get that clean feeling. Honestly, you just need to feel your hair and see how it feels after you use the shampoo. I would do 1, maybe 2 pumps and my hair feels really clean. Not detergent, completely stripped clean but a more natural clean hair kind of feeling. Either way, I would recommend this product.
